Pawleys Island Beach Renourishment — 2026 Status

Pawleys Island marked the southern boundary of the Grand Strand renourishment corridor. The project concluded on August 15, 2026 without sand placement at Pawleys Island itself — the placed segments were North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, and Garden City.
